| Objective: To analyze the ultrasonographic features of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients, and to obtain diagnoses index of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients pro-operation, by observe ultrasonographic features of the primary tumor in breast cancer patients. Methods: Ultrasonography was carried out in 133 patients. The ultrasonogrphic features of the primary tumor were observed. The primary tumor size, amount, micro-calcification, classification of abundance of blood supply in the primary tumor(O-IIIstage), to analyze the ultrasonographic features of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients according to pathology of axillary lymph node. Results: Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis to determine independent significant individual variables by multiple logistic regression analysis. The primary tumor size, amount, abundance of blood supply in the primary tumor, micro-calcification distribute to axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients according to Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis in 133 cases. The differences are statistically significant (P=0.021~0.000). The primary tumor size, amount, abundance of blood supply in the primary tumor, micro-calcification were proved to be significant independent predictors of axillary lymph node metastasis by logistic regression analysis. Conclusion: Ultrasonography of the primary tumor size, amount, abundance of blood is helpful in judgeing the axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patient. Color Doppler is valuable in establishment of clinic therapy project. |
