Objective:To study the Levels of serum uric Acid,C-reative protein(CRP)and cardiac troponin T(cTnT)in patients with unstable Angina, compared with stable angina and sought to test whether uric acid,C-reative protein and cardiac troponin T was associated with unstable angina. Methods:The levels of uric acid,CRP,cTnT in 50 patients with unstable angina and in 62 patients with stable Angina were measured, then the results were analyzed statistically. Results:the serum levels of uric acid,CRP,cTnT in unstable angina group[(395.6+76.17)μmol/L,(12.838+16.775)mg/L,(0.207+0.339) ms/L]were significantly higher than that in stable angina group[(303.41+50.132)μmol/L, (2.951+1.664)mg/L,(0.052+0.009)ms/L],P<0.01 respectively).Furthermore, there was a positive correlation between the serum uric acid and the levels of CRP in unstable angina group(r=0.313,P<0.01).and there was a positive correlation between the serum uric acid and the levels of cTnT in unstable angina group as well(r=0.376,P<0.01). Conclusions:Compared with control groups, the serum levels of uric acid,CRP,cTnT in the unstable angina group elevate obviously, the serum levels of uric acid,CRP,cTnT may be regarded as biochemical markers for predicting early unstable angina.
