Objective 1.to observe the diversity of IL-6 content in serum and CD4~+T cell comparative counting in peripheral blood of subjects with Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI)and Alzheimer's disease(AD).2.To research the relation between IL-6 and CD4~+T cell on MCI,AD.Methods 35 cases were divided into MCI group(14 cases),AD group(10 cases)and normal control group(11 cases).According to the criteria of MCI made by Peterson and AD from diagnostic & statistical manual of psychogenia, the fourth edition, made psychiatrics institution of American,21 subjects with MCI and 10 subjects with AD were diagnosed.to determine the IL-6 content in serum with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and CD4~+T cell comparative counting by flow cytometer(FCM).Results 1.the IL-6 content in serum of subjects both MCI group(p=0.000) and AD group(p=0.000)was significant difference comparing with the normal control subjects,no difference in statistics was found between the MCI group and the AD group(p=0.290).2.CD4~+T cell comparative counting in peripheral blood of subjects with AD was higher than that of both the NC group(p=0.007) and MCI group(p=0.020).no difference were found between the MCI group and the NC group(p=0.546).3.no correlation were found between IL-6 content and CD4~+T cell comparative counting in MCI group adopting Pearson correlation analysis(r=0.077,p=0.795),the same with AD group (r=0.380,p=0.279),NC group(r=0.392,p=0.233).no correlation were found in 35 cases, too(including the cases of three group:NC group,MCI group and AD group)(r=0.306,p=0.073).Conclusions 1.immunity and Inflammatory reaction are involved the pathological process of AD.2.IL-6 and CD4~+T cell have played an important role in the Inflammatory reaction mechanism of AD.IL-6 may have an significant affection on MCI developing toward AD.3.to cut down the IL-6 content in serum may is a important means to stop MCI develop toward AD and interrupt or postpone the progression of AD.4.the impact of CD4~+T cell on AD is still approached more further.
