Objactive:To investigate the levels of CD4~+CD25~+regulatory T cells(Tr) in peripheral blood of patients with Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the Tr cells were correlated with HCC.Methods:81 patients with Hepatocellular carcinoma,15 patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and 14 healthy volunteer were included in this study. The proportions of Tr cells,CD4~+T cells,CD8~+Ycells and NK cells in lymphocyte were evaluated by flow cytometric analysis. The levels of Tr cells were analysised in different HCC clinical stages and were respectively correlated with CD4~+T cells,CD8~+Tcells and NK cells. Results:The proportion of Tr cells/lymphocyte in peripheral blood from patients with Hepatocellular carcinoma was(3.51±1.48)%,which was significantly higher than that of the patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection(1.30±0.56)%(P<0.01)and that of the healthy volunteers (1.24±0.42)%(P<0.01).According to HCC clinical stages,The proportion of Tr cells/lymphocyte at that of the stageⅢ(3.89+0.75)%andⅣ(4.31±1.46)% was significantly higher than stageⅠ(2.23±1.13)%and stageⅡ(2.61±1.20)%(P<0.01).The proportion of Tr cells/ lymphocyte in HCC was negatively correlated with CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and NK cells in the patients ((r=-0.244,P=0.028),(r=-0.284,P=0.010)and(r=-0.229,P<0.05).respectively)Conclusion:1.The change of the levels of Tr cells was closely correlated with HCC.2.The proportion of Tr cells/lymphocyte in peripheral blood from patients with HCC petients was closely correlated with clinical stage of HCC petients, more later stage, more higher of the levels.3.The proportion of Tr cells/ lymphocyte in HCC was negatively correlated with the levels of CD4~+T cells, CD8~+T cells and NK cells in the patients.4.It may be provided a new pathway for judgement of progression and prognostic of lice.
