Basing on reconstructing EP tumor cells, this paper studied some fundamental biological features of EP tumor cells. After that, established animal models with EP tumor cells or B16 cells, then choosing B16 tumor as control, studied the growth dynamics and changes of growth-related factors of EP tumors. The experiments used cellular morphological observation, carcinogenic test, histological observation of tumor sections, and other techniques to explore the fundamental biological characters of EP tumor cells; used tumor growth curve, BrdU labeling in vivo and examination techniques to study the growth dynamics and tumor cells'proliferation of EP and B16 tumors; used indirect immunofluorescence technique to examine the proportion of CD3+ cells and CD40+ cells of the tumor tissue so as to investigate the changes of TIL levels in both EP and B16 tumors; used cell staining and Biowave Time examination methods to study the changes of tumor cells'state and Biowave Time of tumor cells which were dissociated from EP and B16 tumors with different growth state. The results exhibited that both the carcinogenic rates in carcinogenic tests of primary and passage EP tumor cells were high (5/5). The histological observation of tumor sections displayed the derangement distribution and invasive growth of EP tumor cells. The results of growth dynamics examination, after labeling BrdU in vivo, displayed that both the EP and B16 tumors grew outward; the distribution and rate of proliferation cells changed with the size of tumor, but in the whole, the proliferation cells mainly distributed in the edge of tumor where was abundant with micro-vessels. And there were no obvious differences in the growth-related factors, such as the level of TIL, cells with different state, and so on. In this paper, comparative methods were used and the results show that the EP tumors cells, which were from the cells of mice's lymph nodes then were exposed to micro-environmental factors, have the basic characters of malignant tumor cells. The further research on formative mechanisms of EP tumor cells will be helpful to realize the mechanisms of carcinogenesis deeply.
