Will the pulmonary capillary membrane permeability change with obstructive jaundice? Will the hyperbilirubinemia play a more important role in ARDS? There is little answer about it.We observed the variation of TBIL in obstructive jaundice rats and then made the bile duct ligation model. We also investigated the changed regularity of pulmonary capillary membrane permeability in hyperbilirubinemia, utilized the immunohistochemistry method to study the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines in lung tissue. To search for the reason about the change of pulmonary capillary membrane permeability when the rats in BDL. Ulinastatin can be used to treat the rats with obstructive jaundice ,then observing the corresponding index, to make sure the protective effects of ulinastatin on obstructive jaundice ralated lung injury and study of its mechanisms. Conclusion: This study demonstrate that the pulmonary capillary membrane permeability have increased in the cholestic rats. Obstructive jaundice can cause endotoxemia, which can cause the accumulation of PMNs, the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines may be one of the mechanisms of increased permeability. Ulinastatin can adjust the release of inflammatory factors, inhibit the production of oxygen free radicals, which can improve the circulatory system, decrease the pulmonary capillary membrane permeability due to obstructive jaundice, furthermore, the lung tissue was protected. Which provided that UTI was used in the treatment and prevention of obstructive jaundice related lung injury.
