Objective :â‘ To discuss the value of the combination CTA and multimodality MR scanning technology in diagnosis of CHD.â‘¡To discuss the recent therapeutic effect of viable myocardium after PTCA+stenting with multimodality MR scanning.Methods:â‘ 28 patients were underwent 64-slice CTA and cardiac multimodality MR scanning, and the results were compared with CAG.â‘¡12 patients were underwent cardiac multimodality MR scanning before CAG and between one to two weeks after PTCA+stent. Results:â‘ The results of detecting medium and severe coronary stenosis by 64-slice CTA and MR myocardial perfusion had no statistical significance compared with CAG.â‘¡Original abnormal perfusion segments, left ventricular motion and function were improved after stenting by cardiac multimodality MR scanning. Conclusion:â‘ If combinate 64-slice spiral CTA and cardiac multimodality MR scanning,we can assess CHD conveniently, completely, accurately and non-invasiely.â‘¡Cardiac multimodality MR scanning can assess short-term therapeutic effect from cardiac morphous, motion and myocardial perfusion after revascularization.
