To explore the changing regularity of immune function post heliox saturation diving exposure of different depth and differem time,and to approach the possible mechanisms of these changes,We Carry out the research of the mechanism and effect of saturation diving environment on T lymphocyte subsets in mice.The results indicate that:1.The pressure is responsible for the infection of saturation diving environment on immune function.2.It is the stress of saturation diving environment that plays an important actor during the process of immune function suppression.3.The stress of saturation diving environment accelerates the secretion of corticosterone,while corticosterone restrains the secretion of IL-2.It is possible that the immune function is suppressed just by this way.
