Study On The Law Of The Differentiation Of Syndromes Of Mycoplasma Pneumonia Of Children

Objective: To sum up a common clinical classification and explore the clinical differentiation of Syndromes character and law of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Method:1. Investigation of literature: The literature of today and old was studied systematically,to know the character of distribution and research progression of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children (MP).2. Clinical retrospective study: By Collecting the records of Children hospitalized in pediatric ward of The First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from march 2005 to January 2007,finishing their clinical performance,explore the clinical differentiation of Syndromes character and law of MP.Results:1. Investigation of literature:The literature of today and old was studied systematically,we found it was short of unification specification and cognition although there was much TCM differentiation of Syndromes of MP,thought existing various kinds of method and thinking of differentiation of Syndromes of MP is significant to clinical and research of MP,but it was based on clinical reports and individual experience in defect of observation of clinical Syndromes. Clinical and research thought much of objectivity research ignoring research of Syndromes component itself.2. Retrospective clinical study:(1)According to K-Means cluster(or Quick cluster), the symptom of MP patients could be divided into four nests of Syndromes.(2)On the basis of results of Linear regression analysis and Principal component analysis,we gained principal symptom statistically significant to Syndromes diagnosis of TCM.conclusions:1. According to results of cluste analysis and principal component analysis, familiar syndromes of MP could be Summarized to four kinds:The Syndroms of Lung-Yin Deficiency,The Syndroms of Obstruction of the Heat and Sputum,Qi Deficiency and Exterior Syndrome,The Syndroms of Wind-heat Obstructing Lungs.2. On the basis of results of investigation achievement before,investigation of literature and our retrospective clinical study, four familiar kinds of differentiation of Syndromes standard of MP were set up.3. Cluste analysis,linear regression analysis and principal component analysis is helpful to classification of elementary Syndromes of TCM.4. At present,it is significant practically to carry out retrospective clinical study of syndromes of TCM of MP.
