Objective:The clinical and heal characteristics of multiple myeloma was conclused, and direct the clinical treatment, and reduce the possiblity of misdiagnosis, and support the clinical Individualized treatment with basis. Methods:The data of 50 patients with multiple myeloma were retrospectively review.Results:(1)There is no abvious difference between the biostatistical analysis of different clinical character (P>0.05).(2)Scr is over numbered 176.8μmol/L,There is no any statistical meaning by comparing the occurance ratio of Renal function of the age above 60 and the age under 60.(P>0.05).The Uric acid is over 403μmol/L.There is no statistical meaning of Uric acid increasing of the age over 60and the age under 60.(3)The primer chemotherapy used the M2 plan,There is no obvious diference between the comparison of clinical stage(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)the age of this group of Multiple myeloma ranges from 37~76,average age of 57.8.clinical.(2)The ragulare stages of diagnostic time of patients is later,Renal dysfunction is commonly more, existing highly misdiagnosis rate. (3)This group mainly adopted the chemical treatment of M2 methed.the efficiency of different clinical stages was compared basid on partly relief, prograss, impotence, among there is the efficiency of 76%.Statistics analysied the treatment effeciency of three different stages,no abvious difference was occured(P>0.05).It indicated that, traditional M2 method has equally treatment effect to the Multiple myeloma patients with different stages, and it can be used as a therapy.(4)The currently recomended VAD method and thalidomide showed higher treatment efficiency in this group. It can be used in a wide range of patients and further studied.
