Objective: To analyse the curative effect of survival status after allogenic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. Method: 52 patients with hematonosis who had conceived allogenic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation were reviewed. By SPSS 13.0,Cox regression model was used for correlated risk factors and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis for survival rate. Result: Grade II- IV acute GVHD developed in 12 patients(23.5%). Chronic GVHD was diagnosed in 26 patients(53.1%) and patients with 10.3% diagnosed extensive cGVHD. Low relap se rate (3.9% to 30.4%) were observed in patient s with cGVHD(P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed the significant factors associated high DFS were the occurrence of cGVHD,aGVHD and donor-recipient sex difference (P<0.05). High five-year disease-free-survival(DFS)(88.4±8.7 % to 47.9±8.4% ) were observed in patients with cGVHD, low DFS ( 57.8±14.3% to 75.5±7.7% ) were observed in patients with cGVHD and(54.9±11.1% to 84.3±8.2% ) in donor-recipient sex difference. Conclusion: Long-term surviving of patients after allogenic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is closed correlated with the occurrence of cGVHD,aGVHD and donor-recipient sex difference. The patients with high incidence rate of cGVHD have lower relapse rate.
