Objective:To review the first syndrome,cutaneous impaired.laboratory examination and characteristic of their treatment of the patients with systemic sclerosis.in order to enhance clinical doctor's diagnosis and treatment of systemic sclerosis as possible as early,to decrease organs impaired and improve prognosis.Methods: Retrospective analysis 46 cases of systemic sclerosis clinical data.Results:In these cases,most of them whose the first syndrome manifest Raynaud's phenomenon, articular pain,skin swelling and sclerosis.There are 19 cases whose the first syndrome manifest Raynaud's phenomenon(41.7%),during the whole disease period.the incidence of Raynaud's phenomenon is 67.4%.the positive proportions of ANA test are 72.7%. there are 38 cases examine Scl-70 and 12 of them are positive(31.6%).Most of the internal organs may be involved in different extent,in which most frequently the lungs are involved,followed by the cardiovascular systems.General treatment is given in most patients.Including low-dose systemic steroids,immunosuppressives,improved microcirculation,immunomodulation,the application of topical medicines et al.the clinical symptoms were improved After therapy.Conclusions:Raynaud's phenomenon is the most frequently the first syndrome which should be paid attention to it.According to the disease stages and clinical presentations,the condition should be assessed with modern technology so as to get an early diagnosis and properly treatment to prevent internal organs involved.
