Experiment Study On Bacterial Prostitis With QianYu Disassembled Prescription

Objective:By the research on the disassembled "Qianyu" prescriptions, to study the rule of compatibility, revealing the best treatment in the prescription and to optimize the prescription reasonably by avoiding the shortages in the original, to bring the full play of the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine and provide the experimental data for the advanced development of the novel Traditional Chinese Medicine preparation for the curing Chronic prostatitis.Methods: To disassemble the prescription of "Qianyu " according to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory mode, prescription which was deleted the principal drug as the disassembled prescription1, which was deleted cortex phellodendri as the disassembled prescription 2, which was made up by principal drug and cortex phellodendri as the disassembled prescription 3. The therapy effects were evaluated.Results:1,By the way of observing the histopathologic slide of prostatic glander of rats by three people under the microscope and make the statistical analysis for complete glandular epithelium, lymph cell infiltration and granulation tissue hyperblastosis by taking the average scores. The results show that the whole prescription is the best one in the three aspects1.1 Compared with the normal controlled-group, complete glandular epithelium in the high dose group of the whole prescription, the middle dose group of the whole prescription, the low dose group of the whole prescription ,the high dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 3 approached the normal-controlled group. Compared with the model-controlled group, the high dose group of the whole prescription, the middle dose group of the whole prescription and the low dose group of the whole prescription, the high dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 3 had a significant difference.1.2 Compared with the normal-controlled group, lymph cell infiltration of the high dose group of the whole prescription group, the middle dose group of the whole prescription, the low dose group of the whole prescription, the high dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 3 had a significant difference.1.3 Compared with the normal-controlled group , granulation tissue hyperblastosis of the high dose group of the whole prescription , the middle dose group of the whole prescription, the low dose group of the whole prescription, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 1, the low dose group of the disassembled prescription 1, the high dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled 3 had a significant difference.2,Compared with the normal controlled-group, IL-8 in thehigh dosegroup of the whole prescription, the low dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the low dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 3 had no difference, for IL-8 approached to the normal level through administration; compared with the model controlled-group, the high dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 3 had a significant difference. Other groups had an approximate level to model controlled-group.3,Compared with the normal-controlled group ,Zn level of the high dose group of the whole prescription , the middle dose group of the whole prescription had no difference, for Zn level in local prostatic gland approached to the normal level through therapy; compared with the model controlled-group, the high dose group of the whole prescription, the middle dose group of the whole prescription , the low dose group of the whole prescription had a significant difference. Generally speaking, Zn level in local prostatic gland of the high dose group of the whole prescription, the middle dose group of the whole prescription approached to the normal level. Other groups had no significant therapy effect.Conclusions: 1,The high dose group of the whole prescription ,the middle dose group of the whole prescription, the low dose group of the whole prescription ,the high dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassemble prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassemble prescription 3 has a predominate effect on relieving syndrome of chronic prostatitis of the rats. The common drugs in complete prescription, disassembled 2 and disassembled 3 are radix astragali and roasted Herbal Epimedii.2,Conclusion is obtained by the way of detecting IL-8 level in complete prescription and its disassembled prescriptions. Compared with normal controlled-group, IL-8 level in each group of the whole prescription ,the high dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 2, the low dose group of the disassembled prescription 2 and the middle dose group of the disassembled prescription 3 has no predominate difference, for IL-8 approaching the normal level through administration.3,Results are obtained by detecting of Zn level in "Qianyu" decoction and its disassembled prescriptions. In the aspect of Zn level, compared with the normal controlled-group, each group of the whole prescription has no predominate difference.4,In general, the whole prescription is the best prescription with appropriate composition.
