Objective using different operation methods and sutures to build the animal model of the rabbit's bile duct fits,and to discuss effect by using different operation methods and sutures after the operation of the rabbit's bile duct fits.Methods Choose average 32 rabbits and divide them into 6 set by random,using two different kinds of methods and three kinds of sutures to fitting rabbit's bile ducts.After 30 days,observe the rabbit's bile duct has any narrow or not and the pathological mechanism section's inflammation cell and hypertrophic scars of bile duct.Results(1)There is no statistical difference at the postoperative inflammation cell infringes by using two different kinds of methods and three kinds of sutures to fitting rabbit's bile ducts(P＞0.05).(2)The different kinds of methods and sutures have statistical difference at the cicatrices organization hyperplasia degree after operation(P＜0.05).The vicryl 8-0, prolene 8-0 is better than the silk suture at decreasing the cicatrices organization hyperplasia degree.But there is on evidence to prove that the vicryl 8-0,prolene 8-0 has statistical difference(P＞0.05).(3)The inflammation cell infringes degree,cicatrices organization hyperplasia degree hvae pertinent on statistics(P＜0.05).Conclusions There has difference in the degree of inflammation cell infringes,cicatrices organization hyperplasia at bile duct by using different kinds of methods and sutures to fitting rabbit's bile ducts.
