Objective: We do research on the expression of nucleic transcription factor NF-κBp65 of rectal cancer tissue, the endothelium growth factor VEGF and P53, their relationships and the correlation between clinics and pathological data to explore the function of the expression ofNF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 in lymphatic metastasis of rectal cancer cells as well as to find out the effective and objective parameters for anticipation of lymphatic metastasis of rectal carcinoma.Methodology: We test the expression ofNF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 in tissue of 50 primary rectal carcinoma with immunohistochemistry means, and combine the clinical, pathological parameters and the conditions of metastasis to make statistical analysis and comparison.Result:1. the expression of NF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 in rectal cancer tissue: the positive ratios ofNF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 in 50 rectal cancer tissues are respectively 66%,54%,58%.2. there is a correlation between the positive expression ofNF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 protein in rectal carcinoma and lymphatic metastasis. (P<0.05)3. there is also a correlation between the positive expression of NF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 protein in rectal carcinoma and the TNM staging. (P<0.05)4. the spearman analysis indicated that there is a correlation between NF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 in rectal carcinoma.5. logistic multifactor analysis indicated that the expressions ofNF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 protein are correlated to the lymphatic metastasis of rectal cancer. Conclusion: The rectal carcinoma with positive expression of NF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 protein are more easily have lymphatic metastasis; NF-κBp65,VEGF,P53 protein play a role in the mechanism of rectal carcinoma metastasis. They could be the parameter for the invasion and metastasis of rectal carcinoma in molecule level. And they are valuable for the anticipation of lymphatic metastasis as well as prognosis.
