| Object:To study the expression and clinical significance of MTA1,FLIP and Caspase-8 in non-small cell lung cancel and investigate the relationship of them.Methods:S-P Immunohistochemistery was used to detect the expression of MTA1,FLIP and Caspase-8 in 80 cases of non-small cell lung cancel tissues and 30 tumor-adjacent normal tissues.Results:The positive expression rate of MTA1 in tumor was 71.25%,and 23.33% in adjacent non-tumor(P < 0.01).The poaitive expression rate of FLIP in tumor was 75.00%,and 20.00% in adjacent non-tumo(rP<0.01)。The positive expression rate of FLIP in tumor was 36.25%,and83.33% in adjacent non-tumor(P<0.01)。The expression of MTA1,FLIP and Caspase-8 had no relationship with clinicopathological factors,such as age,sex,pathological type et.al(P>0.05).The expression of MTA1 had relation with tumor differentiation , TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and patients,survival time(P<0.05)。The expression of FLIP and Caspase-8 had no relation with tumor differentiation ,but it had marked relation with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and patients survival time(P<0.05)。There was significant positive correlation between expression intensity of MTA1 and FLIP proteins,There was significant positive correlation between expression intensity of MTA1 and Caspase-8 protein, There was significant positive correlation between expression intensity of FLIP and Casoase-8 protein。Conclusion:The abnormal expression of MTA1,FLIPand Caspase-8 were associated with the occurrence and progression of non-small cell lung cancer。They may be the important markes for tumor diagnosis.There were positive relationship in MTA1,FLIP expression and Caspase-8,and corrdination as esophageal carcinoma.It would be benefit to monitor MTA1,FLIP and Caspase-8 level for selecting patients,improving prognosisi and setting up esophageal carcinoma study model. |
