It was advanced that a novel green technology for producing solanesol which is not only pollution-free, inexpensive but also easy to obtain higher yield rate and higher purity solanesol by improving or innovating original craft, high efficiently obtained solanesol extract from stemand leaves of potato by homogenate extraction, lipase hydrolysis and cavitating jet extraction.In Order to produce higher purity solanesol, opposite jet extraction, chromatography of polyamide, continuous column chromatography and heavy crystallization were used during the purirication process,at last,the content of solanesol reachs 90%.The optimum conditions of experiment and magnifying test are showed as follows:1 .the optimum process of extractionCompare the content of solanesol in the stem and leaves of potato, eggplant, tomato and capsicum,we selected the stem and leaves of potato as raw materials of experiment, solanesol was high efficiently extracted from stem and leaves of potato by homogenate extraction, lipaseydrolysis and cavitating jet extraction.The optimum extraction condition found is as follows:homogenate with water at a ratio of liquid to solid of 7:1,As a hydrolytic catalyst,the quality ofipase which was made by bule mode is 0.5% of raw materials' quality, reaction temperature is 40℃, the frequency of shaking table is 120 rpm.after 120 minutes, solid was separated from hydrolysis solution by centrifugation with the rotate speed 4800 rpm, time 15 minutes.at last, solanesol was extracted by opposite jet extracted with 80% ethanol,the ratio of liquid and solid is 8:1.2.the optimum process of purificationIt was determined the optimum conditions of opposite jet extraction, chromatography of polyamide, continuous column chromatography and heavy crystallization. NO,6 solvent oilwas used during the opposite jet extraction,solid to liquid is 1:1.2, after Liquid-liquidquilibrium, concentrate the pharse of No.6 solvent oil by making membranous layer underegative pressure and then get extractum, normal hexane is regarded as solvent to dissolve thextractum by 10:1. the extracting agent to solution is 1:20 during chromatography ofolyamide extraction, flow speed is 1 mL/min, outflow was gathered. Further purifying,wasperformed by continuous column chromatography.the opimum condition is:300~500 mesh neutral-alumina, elution solvent is No.6 solvent oil to acetone 30:1,the pressure of column is 1.0Pa,Heavy crystallization was used to purify solanesol,the solvent is methanol and solvent toolanesol extract is 1:60.during this purification process,the solanesol yield rate is 76.27%and the solanesol content is 96.3% ,compare with traditional craft, respectively increase 14 %and 10.5%. and10.5%.Waste gas and waste liquid generated from the process of solanesol production should be cleanly treated, filtert the waste liquid by inorganic ceramic membrane and nanofiltrationmembrane and then obtain clear liquid for recycle; inhale the waste gas by negative pressure vacuum system ,recovery rate is 95.7%.The new green technology for extracting and purifying solanesol from stem and leaves of potato has many virtues:simple process,simple equipment,short-cycle,less quality of solvent,higher yield rate,higher purity and pollution-free,this craft is valuable as a new technology tolized for producing high-purified solanesol,which can be used in the industrial production in the future.
