In this paper, using computer science technology, automation control theory, and medical physic diagnose technology to analysis blood-flow signal and image data.First of all, design an interface between Impedance Blood-Flow Machine and computer. This method can avoid some shortcoming of traditional and implement computer signal collecting and storage function.Then, analyzing and comparing 61 tinnitus cases by using wavelet theory and MATLAB wavelet toolbox, including eigenvalue computing. And applying multivariate analysis to blood-flow data, as well as, finding the basic rule of blood-flow curve of tinnitus case.Finally, clinic experiment had been done. Collecting the blood-flow signal, analyzing with the method that the paper presents, and proving the feasibility of research method.The innovative point of this paper is combine of modern computing technology, automation control theory and blood-flow measure. At same time, presenting a diagnoses method of tinnitus disease.
