Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the 102 patients who treated withEndovascular Embolization in different stage retrospectively. Methods 102 cases of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage of Hunt-Hess gradeⅢ~Ⅳwere divided into two groups. 63 patients in acute stage treatment group weretreated before onset 72h and 39 cases in vasospasm stage treatment group were treatedafter onset 72h~14d. Then rehemorrhage rate, incidence rate of intraoperativeaneurismal rupture, cerebral vasospasm and complete or partial embolization, hospitalmortality, and favorable rate of recovery between two groups were compared.Result Rehemorrhage rate, incidence rate of cerebral vasospasm and hospitalmortality of patients in acute treatment group was obviously lower than control group;favorable rate of recovery was higher; the difference both had statistic meaning.Incidence rate of intraoperative aneurismal rupture and completely or partialembolization had no significant difference. Conclusion Active and effective endovascular embolization treatment forHunt-Hess Grade III~IV Aneurysm in acute Stage could obviously lowerrehemorrhage rate and incidence rate of cerebral vasospasm and complication whileelevating survival rate, improving living quality and not increasing the risk ofintraoperative aneurismal rupture and complete or partial embolization.
