Objectives: With invariably dosage of misoprostol, to compare the durationof vaginal bleeding after medical abortion and the abortion time in relationto 100mg and 200mg oral mifepristone, when used forthe termination of earlypregnancy in women with a length of amenorrhoea of≤49 days and 49~63 days;investigate theexpression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) and heat shockprotein 90(HSP90) in human first trimester deciduas, and investigate theexpression of heat shock protein 70,90 and the correlation with mifepristonemedical abortion. Methods: sixty women who requested termination of earlypregnancy of up to 63 days from last menses were allocated randomly to threedifferent treatment groups, compare the duration of vaginal bleeding aftermedical abortion and theabortion time: 1: the length of amenorrhoea of≤49 days, 100mg of mifepristone, 20 cases; 2: the length of amenorrhoea of 49~63 days, 100mg of mifepristone, 20 cases; 3: the length of amenorrhoea of 49~63 days, 200mg of mifepristone, 20 cases. Immunohistochemistry was used todetect the expression of HSP70 and HSP90 in decidual tissue after abortion.Compare the duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion and theabortion time in relation to HSP70 and HSP90. Results: With the conditionof the length of amenorrhoea of 49~63 days, there were not difference inthe the duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion and the abortiontime of 100mg and 200mg mifepristone, with the condition of 100mg ofmifepristone, there were not difference in the duration of vaginal bleedingafter medical abortion and the abortion time of the length of amenorrhoeaof≤49 days and 49~63 days. There were obviously difference in theexpression of HSP70 and HSP90 of vacuum aspiration and medical abortion, withthe condition of the length of amenorrhoea of 49~63 days, there were not difference in the expression of HSP70 and HSP90 of 100mg and 200mgmifepristone, with the condition of 100mg of mifepristone, there were notdifference in the expression of HSP70 and HSP90 of the length of amenorrhoeaof≤49 days and 4~63 days, with the condition of the length of amenorrhoeaof 49~63 days, there were obviously difference in the expression of HSP70and HSP90 of different of vaginal bleeding≤14 days and>14 days aftermedical abortion, HSP70 and HSP90 were widely expressionof vaginalbleeding>14 days, with the condition of the length of amenorrhoea of 49~63days, there were not difference in the expression of HSPTO and HsPgo of theabortion time≤48 hours and>48 hours. Conclusion: HSP70 and HSP90 wereexpressed in human first trimester deciduas, HSP70 and HSP90 Were widelyexpression in deciduas of medical abortion thanvacuum aspiration, supposedmifepristone caused DNA damage of deciduas cell, caused HSP70 and HSP90widely expression, against the damage function of mifepristone. HSP70 andHSP90 were in relation to the duration of vaginal bleeding after medicalabortion, supposed reasons: medical abortion was followed inflammation,HSP70 and HSP90 can constantlyinduct inflammation, obstructed endometriumrecovery caused prolong the duration of vaginal bleeding after medicalabortion; HSP70 and HSP90 depressed apoptosis, deciduas adhere to uterinewall caused prolong the duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.The cytoprotection function of HSP70 and HSP90 againest the damage functionof mifepristone, HSP70 and HSP90 were in relation to the duration of vaginalbleeding after medical abortion, it provid new idea to the mechanism of theduration, vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.
