| Objective To investigate the serum inflammatory factors interleukin-1β(IL-1β),Serum Amyloid A(SAA)and anti-inflammatory factors interleukin-10(IL-10)levels and the effect of hemoperfusion on them in acute renal failure(ARF)patients. Methods Eighty patients suffered from ARF were randomly divided into the following two groups, hemoperfusion combined hemodialysis group(HD+HP)and hemodialysis group (HD).Twenty healthy people served as controls.Serum IL-1β,SAA and IL-10 before and after the treatments were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results①Serum IL-1β,SAA levels in both treatment groups were significantly higher than those in the controls(p<0.05),and there were no significant difference between the two treated groups before treatment(p>0.05);②Serum IL-1β,SAA levels decreased significantly in HD+HP group after treatment(p<0.05),while did not change in HD group(p>0.05);There was no significant difference in serum IL-10 levels between two treated groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusions Hemoperfusion can remove inflammatory factors more effectively, while it has no influence on anti-inflammatory factors. |
