The Dynamic Change And Significance Of Serum MMP-9 And CRP Of Acute Experimental Pancreatitis

Objective:To investigate the effects of serum matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9)and C-response protein(CRP)on evaluating the severity of acute pancreatitis at early stage.To desire to provide experimental evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:Sixty wister rats were randomly assigned into group acute necrotizing pancreatitis(n=18),acute edematous pancreatitis(n=18)and sham-operation group(n=18). Different level sodium taurocholate lead to ANP group and AEP group.As for sham-operation group,we get venous blood 2ml after Sacrificing rat and centrifugalize serum.Then injecting partes aequales physiologic saline.Serum MMP-9 and CRP and IL-6 were detected at 3h, 6h and 12h after model building.We take out of pancreatic tissue and evaluate it change.Results:The serum MMP-9 level was significantly higher in ANP group than AEP group and C group.And the serum MMP-9 level was significantly higher in AEP group than C group after model building at 6h and 12h(P＜0.05).No significant differences of serum MMP-9 and CRP level were observed at 3h in all group.The serum MMP-9 level was step up in turn at 3h,6h and 12h after model building(P＜0.001).The serum CRP level was significantly higher in ANP group than AEP group and C group.And the serum CRP level was significantly higher in AEP group than C group after model building at 12h(P＜0.001).No significant differences of serum CRP level were observed at 6h in all group.Significant positive correlation was found between serum MMP-9 level and CRP level in ANP group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:1.Significant positive correlation was found between serum MMP-9 level and severity of acute pancreatitis,and The serum MMP-9 level was significantly higher at early stage. 2.The serum CRP level was significantly higher and significant positive correlation was found between serum CRP level and severity of acute pancreatitis,3.The joint detection of serum MMP-9 and CRP level might be valuable in serious prognosis in acute pancreatitis at early stage. And provide unvarying clinical evidence for treatment in acute pancreatitis.
