Clinical Characters And Case-control Study On Related Factors Of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To analyze the clinical characters and the related factors of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and investigate the risk and protective factors of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,in quest of the new ideas about preventive measures of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,including the new pathway of education-being and health acceleration about preventive measures of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:In the ratio of 1:1,a case-control study was done among 200 cases composed of patients with hypertension,ones with hypertension but no intracerebral hemorrhage and on hypertension as well as intracerebral hemorrhage peoples as controls,and 42 items, Symptom Check List 90 questionnaire and some laboratory were examined in them. Two group peoples were not different on age,sexual distinction and years of hypertension,and they were on hospital from January 2004 to December 2005 in the PLA 264 hospitial.Result:The place of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were mainly on thalamus(43%), internal capsule(43%)and other place(14%).The volume of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were 15～100ml.Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage mainly come up at 5-7 am.With the group of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage compare to the group with hypertension but no intracerebral hemorrhage:Univariable analysis showed that overweight, irregular administration of antihypertensive,.heart disease,smoking,diabetes,family intracerebral hemorrhage,total points and positive factors of Symptom Check List 90 questionnaire,high blood viscosity were the perilous factors.The rate of knowing the related knowledge of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,constantly phsical training and rich apple food were the protective factor.Multivariable analysis showed that total points of Symptom Check List 90 questionnaire(OR=1.217,95%CI:0.994～1.490),aproB(OR=21.45, 95%CI:0.730～629.24)and high blood viscosity(OR=7.970,95%CI:0.714～88.90)were the perilous factors.The rate of knowing the related knowledge of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(OR=0.000,95%CI:0.000～11.34)was the protective factor as well.Conclusion:The psychological health disturbances was the most prominent risk factor of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Overweight,irregular administration of antihypertensive,.heart disease,family intracerebral hemorrhage,high blood viscosity were the perilous factors,not good habit(for instance:smoking,drinking,intake of too much salt,like pungent food),short of physical training were risk factors of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.The rate of knowing the related knowledge of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,Constantly physical training,rich apple food and physical labor were the protective factors.On the other hand,the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhag mainly come up at 5-7 am,so we should pay attention to this character and do some works to prevent hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,...
