Objective: We investigate the relation of the fetal heart damage and fetal distress , sudden death to search the reason of fetal distress, sudden death and a method by which we monitored, evaluated fetal state and calculated fetal prognosis.Method: From mar.2006 to sep.2006, we take 20 ICP patients as case group and 20 healthy pregnant women as control group. We assayed concentration of maternal serum TBA in their serum and detect fetal left heart myocardial performance index by Sequia 512 Colour Doppler machine at synchronization. After parturition we assayed concentration of neonatal umbilical artery TBA, cTnI and blood gas analysis. The results are processed by SPSS 13.0 statistic software.Results: In the study Group ,maternal and neonatal total serum bile acid, fetal left heart Tei index ,umbilical artery cTnl serum concentration compared with the normal control group increased (p<0.01) ; Neonatal cord blood pH decreased than normal control group of what(p<0.01); Study Group maternal serum bile acid and umbilical arterial serum total bile acid concentrations were positively correlated (p<0.01); Umbilical artery Serum total bile acid concentrations and fetal left heart Tei index, cTnI concentrations were positively correlated (p<0.01); Fetal left heart Tei index were positively correlated with cTnI concentrations (p<0.01), and were negatively correlated with the umbilical arterial blood pH(p <0.01),but there was no significant correlation with the umbilical arterial blood pO2 and pCO2 (p>0.05); cTnI concentration was negatively correlated with umbilical arterial blood pH (p<0.01) but there was no significant correlation with the umbilical arterial blood pO2 and pCO2 concentration (p> 0.05). Conclusion:1.ICP had higher maternal serum TBA and neonatal umbilical artery TBA than healthy pregnant women of what. There was a positive relationship between them.2. ICP had higher fetal left heart Tei and cTnI that there was a positive relationship between them and neonatal umbilical artery TBA. It suggested The ICP fetus have the damage of cardiac function and muscle, and the relationship between them and neonatal umbilical artery TBA is direct correlation.3. There was a negative relationship between fetal left heart Tei and umbilical artery pH value. That suggested the damage of cardiac function and muscle and fetal distress have compacted relation. fetal left heart Tei is a method by which we monitor, evaluate fetal state and calculate fetal prognosis.
