Objective To prove different formal chitin derivatives effects on fracture healing, thus to provide evidences for better treatment plan on fracture healing.Method Eighty healthy Newzealand rabbits were made into models with 2mm bone defect in radius with specially made 2mm width simple leaf hand-saw.They were randomly divided into four groups, Groupâ… -normal sodium control group;Groupâ…¡-monosaccharide treatment;Groupâ…¢-oligosaccharide treatment; Groupâ…£-strengthen bone liquor treatment.They were given intragastric administration quotidie by corresponding group during 42 days.They were specially executed after 7 days,14 days,21 days and 42 days.They were routinely drawed the materials and HE stained to observe tissue growth on broken ends of fractured bone.Results All groups were observed tissue growth. Groupâ…£-strengthen bone liquor growed best, Groupâ…¢-oligosaccharide treatment growed better, Groupâ…¡-monosaccharide treatment growed well and Groupâ… -normal sodium control group growed badly.Conclusion All different formal chitin derivatives can promote fracture healing and combine mixing prescription was best.
