It is known that Hydroxyapatite is one of the important inorganic components forbone structure, during the past ten years the study of the hydroxyapatite nanoparticlesis very active, many papers were published about the hydroapatite nanoparticles forits application as a drug carrier or drug, and recent years seldom authours proved thathydroxyapatite nanoparticles could be used as good fluorescent labeling material forsome cancer cells systemic. So more and more people began to pay attention toinvestigate the new fluorescent nano particles, In this paper, the research main includethree parts:(1)The tetracycline/hydroxyapatite fluorescent nano particles were prepared by thechemical precipitation method, FTIR and XRD analysis that the main phase of thecomposite particles is hydroxyapatite, HRTEM and particle size distribution analysisindicate that the average particle size is less than 100 nm, fluorescence spectrumanalysis proved that composite particles can emit the 530 nm emission spectrum, andfluorescence microscope can observe the yellow light with the WB filter; the crystalcondition, fluorescence intensity and average particles size exchange case wasinvestigated by composting different number of tetracycline, different temperatureand different time; the fluorescence property was investigated systemic too.(2)The Europium dopped hydroxyapatite fluorescent nano particles wereprepared by the chemical precipitation method, XRD analysis that the main phase ofthe Europium dopped hydroxyapatite composite particles is hydroxyapatite, HRTEMand particle size distribution analysis indicate that the average particle size is less than180 nm, fluorescence spectrum analysis proved that nano particles can emit the618nm emission spectrum, and fluorescence microscope can observe the red lightwith the WG filter; the crystal condition, fluorescence intensity and average particlessize exchange case was investigated by dopping different number of Europium,different temperature, the stabilization of the hydroxyapatite sol was discussed on thecondition of different ultrasond time, The fluorescence property was investigatedsystemic too.(3)The terbium dopped hydroxyapatite fluorescent nano particles were preparedby the Sol-gel method, XRD analysis that the main phase of the terbium doppedhydroxyapatite composite particles is hydroxyapatite, HRTEM and particle sizedistribution analysis indicate that the average particle size is less than 300 nm, fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence microscope analysis proved that nanoparticles can emit the 547 nm emission spectrum, and fluorescence microscope canobserve the green light with the WB filter; the crystal condition, fluorescenceintensity and average particles size exchange case was investigated by doppingdifferent number of terbium and different temperature, the influence of preparationprocess of the terbium embedded hydroxyapatite was discussed by different numberof pH value and H20 value; The fluorescence property was investigated systemic atlast.
