Clinical Study On The Effects Of YQTLLSF On The Patients With CHF Which Is Induced By Coronary Heart Diease (Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stagnation)

Objective: Appraise the clinic effective about the CHF( which is induced by Coronary Heart Disease ) treat with YQTLLS Fang.At the time, we investigate its functional echanism.Methods: 60 patients of CHF coming from the outpatient department were divided randomly into two groups (the treatment group is 30 cases, the contral group is 30 cases), the contral group were only treated with western medicine,the treatment group were treated with YQTLLS Fang and western medicine.The period of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:1.The symptoms of total TCM: The difference of the two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05).2.The difference of two groups after study has statistic significance about eight symptoms of CHF such as xinji, qiduan and etc (P<0.05). The effect of the treatment group is prior to the control group.3. NYHA and Lee heart failure schedule: the difference of two groups after study has not statistic significance (P>0.05).4. Color doppler: the difference of the two EF has not statistic significance(P>0.05). 5.the effect of ECG: the difference of the two ECG has not statistic significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Comparing to the contral group, the treatment group in CHF has the same clinic effective, even the effective has better than the other.
