The Effect Of The Electrical Needle That Can Tranquilize Spirit And Alleviate Pain Of Lumbar Intertebral Disc

Objective: To observe the effect of LIDP patient by method of calm the nervesto relieve pain. Pain is the maximun clinical symptom of LIDP. The pain alwaysmake the patient lost heart, and get a bad curative effect. So ,we must to geta new method by good effect, more cheap and less side effect of relieve pain.Methods: A randomized contrast study is adopted for a prospectiveexperimentation on 60 cases of cervicogenic headache, which were divided intotwo groups. The intervention for the experimental group included with themethod of calmthe nerves and relieve pain and electroacupuncture with 30 cases;while the central group was only electroacupuncture with 30 cases. Treatmentwas given one of two days. A course includes 10 days. Just before thecommencement and after the completion of 2 courses of treatment, each casewas checked for exponent of Faerbank JC and VAS.Results:①The result from the analysis of clinical data manifests that inblood-letting puncture treating group healed 17cases, obvious effects 7 cases,effects 5 cases , inefficiency 1 cases, the total effective rate was 96.67%, andhealed 8 cases, obvious effects 5 cases, effects 10 cases inefficiency 7 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33% in control group. There is no significantdifference between the two groups(P＞0.05),but treatment group is superiorto the control group during the Radit analysis.②From the ROM scores and NRS scores of the pre-and post-treatment, thereare statistic significant both of the two groups(P＜0.01). The results showedthat the two groups all can relieve the pain degree and the motion of the neck.From the difference of ROM scores ,there are statistic significant betweenthe two groups(P=0.004). From the difference of the VAS scores, there aren'tstatistic significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).So the treatment groupis more utility in relieve the motion of the neck than the control group.③Both groups have the significant difference in the exponent of ache, by compare the pre-and post-treatment. But the percentage of therapeutic effecthas statistic significant between the two groups(P＜0.05),so the treatmentgroup is more utility in improve the symptom than the control group.Conclusion: From the results of the clinical and experimental research, weconsider that method of relieve ache by calm the nerves and onlyelectroacupuncture could all improve the symptom of LIDP, such as the degreeof ache,frequency and duration, but the is superior than the onlyelectroacupuncture group. Especially, method of relieve ache by calm thenerves is a good way to relieve ache in a short time than the control group.
