The Clinical Study On Replenishing Qi To Invigorate Blood Decoction Treat Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis-Type Urinary Proteins

ObjectiveBy observing the symptom of the 58 cases diagnosed Qi deficiency andBlood Stasis-type Urinary Proteins(UP) after taking replenishing Qi toinvigorate blood decoction, to discuss the advantage on using thereplenishing Qi to invigorate blood treat UP, for the sake of supplyingclinical evidence for the therapy of UP.Method58 cases are divided into two groups according to single blind andsemi-random method, the singular numbers as treat group (29) and the evennumbers as comparison group (29).The 58 cases all adopt the same symptomatic treatments, includinganti-infection, controlling the high blood pressure and retrievingWater-Electrolyte disturbance and so on. The nephrotic syndrome childrenundertake Prednisone treatment. Simultanously treat group take thereplenishing Qi to invigorate blood decoction. A course of the treatmentis 4 weeks, and 2 courses are observed.The changes of the relative symptoms and syndromes before and aftertherapies are observed and recorded, then to evaluate therapeutic effectaccording to the reductive percentage of syndromic integration calculatedby Nimodipine method, while detaching the quantity of 24 hour urinaryproteins(24h-UP),sero-albuminous(ALB),cholesterol(CHOL)andtri-glycerine(TG),so that to compare the difference in the therapeuticeffect of the two groups and observe the effect on lab targets by usingreplenishing Qi to invigorate blood.Result1. Statistic analyses of clinical therapeutic effectThe treat group has achieved better total effective power than thecomparison group, and has significant deviation with the comparison group(P＜0.05). 2. Statistic analyses of clinical symptoms and syndromesThe main symptoms and syndromes in both groups have marked improvementafter two courses of the treatment, especially in the treat group, whohas significant deviation with other group(P＜0.05).3. Statistic analyses of the change of 24h-UP,ALB,CHOLand TG before andafter therapyAfter the therapy, the quantities of 24h-UP in two groups both are lessthan before, which have significant deviation with before(P＜0.05). And thedifference of the quantities of 24h-UP between the two groups after thetherapy shows significant deviation(P＜0.05).The quantities of ALB in two groups both are more than before, which havesignificant deviation with before(P＜0.05).And the quantities of CHOL,TG in two groups all are less than before, which also have significantdeviation with before(P＜0.05).These differences between the two groupsafter the therapy also have significant deviations(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe findings show the combination of Replenishing Qi to Invigorate BloodDecoction and symptomatic treatment, compared with simple symptomatictreatment, has better therapeutic effect. Treatment of Replenishing Qi toInvigorate Blood Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms andsyndromes, reduce the urinary proteins,cholesterol,tri-glycerine, andimprove the sero-albuminous.
