Objective To study population dynamics of acaroid mites in Huainan city circumstances, and analyse the population dynamics of space of acaroid mites both Anhui province and Heilongjiang province.Methods Acaroid mites were isolated by directicopy and Tullgren, identified and counted under microscope. The richness, diversity and evenness of species were calculated by Margalef index, Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index. Classified population dynamics with Fuzzy cluster's analysis to confirm prevention and cure time.Results 1460 samples were isolated acaroid mites in 1920 samples. In stored foods, acaroid mites were isolated from 356 samples and the positive rate was 75.38%. The isolated 23 species acarid mites belong to 17 genus, 5 families. In Chinese traditional medicine, acaroid mites were isolated from 1104 samples and the positive rate was 76.67%. The isolated 28 species acarid mites belong to 20 genus, 7 families. The result of diversity analysis shows that the average breeding density is 8.5125,14.6924, the number of species is 23,28, the values of the species richness index Rmargalef is 2.4422,2.5345, the species diversity index (Shannon-Wiener index) ranged from 2.9215 to 3.0787, and Pielou index ranged from 0.9317 to 0.9239. In stored foods, the values of the species richness index Rmargalef from 0.4343 to 2.7905, while the species diversity index (Shannon-Wiener index) ranged from 0.6109 to 2.8234, and Pielou index ranged from 0.8661 to 1.0354 in a year. Classified population dynamics with Fuzzy cluster's analysis to confirm prevention and cure time. In Chinese traditional medicine, acaroid mites were isolated from 120 samples and the positive rate was 90.00% in Heilongjiang province and the positive rate was 100.00% in Anhui province in July.Conclusions Acaroid mites breeds widely, and the average breeding density was higher from May to August than the other months. The composition and diversity of acaroid mites community in different circumstances and time were significant differential. These conditions maybe concerned with the different temperature, humidity and human disturbance.
