Objective:To ascertain the transfection ability of the recombinated adenovirusAD-GFP-NM-23-H1.Methods: 1. Rebuilding the recombinated adenovirus of AD-GFP-NM-23-H1.2.Divide for four groups, the one is which transfect the recombinated adenovirus ofhuman AD-GFP-NM-23-H1 in 108PFU/ml, the two is 109FU/ml, the three is1010FU/ml,and the four which no any transfection. We observe the transfection underthe fluorescence microscope, and make use of the method of MTT to observe theeffect of the recombinated adenovirus of AD-GFP-NM-23-H1 on the A375.Thestatistical analysis is carried out by using SPSS11.5 for Windows. Datas arestatistically analyzed using the one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA).Results: After the one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA), the one which transfectionthe recombinated adenovirus of AD-GFP-NM-23-H1 is obviously different from theone which no any transfection(P<0.05),the one transfection in 108pFU/ml isObviously different from the two 109pFU/ml and 1010PFU/ml,But there are anydifferent in the two high dose groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: The recombinated adenovirus of AD-GFP-NM-23-H1 can bestransfect A375 and inhibit the cell proliferation of A375 in vitro.
