The Empirical Study On The Influence Of Fuzhengxiaozheng Capsule To Lung Cancer Lewis Mouse's NK Cell And Macrophage

Object : To observe influence of Fuzhengxiaozheng Capsule(FZXZ), and combination chemotherapy on Lewis lung cancer mouse model' s activity of NK cell and phagocytize function of macrophage. Probe the mechanism of Fuzhengxiaozheng Capsule(FZXZ) restrain lung cancer mouse.Method: Adopt the Lewis lung cancer cell serial subcultivation transfer to C57 mouse to build a mold, 50 C57 BL/6 males mouse is random divided into 5 sets, giving respectively the Chinese herbal medicine intragastric administration and chemotherapy medicine intraperitoneal injection, to use lactic acid dehydrogenase method and neutral red method measurement the activity of NK cell and phagocytize function of macrophage, to compute the ratio on Fuzhengxiaozheng Capsule(FZXZ) inhibition the lung cancer.Result: 1. The Lewis lung cancer mouse model set's activity of NK cell and phagocytize function of macrophage obviously low in normal matched set, was learned by statistical approach has already shown obviously difference(P<0.01); the activity of NK cell and phagocytize function of macrophage of Chinese herbal medicine set, DDP set, Chinese herbal medicine combination DDP obviously high in model set, was learned by statistical approach, have already shown obviously difference(P<0.01), Chinese herbal medicine set with Chinese herbal medicine combination DDP set is close by, do not show difference(P>0.05), but the Chinese herbal medicine combination DDP set of NK cell activity, phagocytize function of macrophage obviously high in DDP set, have already shown obviously difference.(P<0.01)2. the Chinese herbal medicine add DDP set to the ratio of inhibit ion the lung cancer obviously high in the Chinese herbal medicine set, DDP set, was learned by statistical approach, have already shown obviously difference(P<0.01), but the Chinese herbal medicine set the ratio of inhibit the lung cancer obviously low in DDP set, have already shown obviously difference.(P<0.05)Conclusion: Fuzhengxiaozheng Capsule(FZXZ) have already inhibit the lung cancer function to the Lewis lung cancer mouse, and it with chemotherapy medicine suitable for use have the trend that the obvious to build up chemotherapy the ratio of inhibit the lung cancer; Fuzhengxiaozheng Capsule(FZXZ) to raise the activity of NK cell and phagocytize function of macrophage; Fuzhengxiaozheng Capsule(FZXZ) can rivalry immunosuppression state of the result that chemotherapy medicine, can raise the immunity function of the Lewis lung cancer mouse.
