Essential Pertrophy is mostly caused by the mutural operation of environments and genetic factors, these years EH incidents at a higher and higher rate in China year by year .Cardials is one of the important target organs that is infringeuponed by EH, especially, Left Ventrical Hypertrophy , which can aggravateEHpatients' condition of disease, is victimized , It often causes some acute and severe illness.such as Heart failure, Arrhythmia, Myocardial Infarction, candial sudden deathand so on.So researching how to control and reverse LVH make a significant real sense.Acording to the experimental clinical reaserch these years,TGF-β1may be greatly influenced in the pathologic prrcoss of EHand LVH,and is in positive correlation with LVH.It promotes the process of myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis. As above mentioned, TGF-β1 isregarded as a vital important factor in the pathologic process of EH and LVH.This topic, using the research of LVH model of G-RHR with kidney substance hypertension, discuss its blood pressure and LVMI and bulk of myocardium cell and the expression of TGF-β1 in the myocardidl. As you know, by using the Chinese traditional medicine personly, the topic make a conclusion to the treatment function of XinShuKang. The result of the experiment research manifests:①XinShuKang have a satisfactory function of declinging blood pressure;②XinShuKang is able to decrease LVMI, bulk of heart cell and constrain fibreof indirect cell.③By observing the electronicmirror and light mirror and immunity chemistry confirm:XinShuKang is able to constrain high express of TGF-β1. Therefore, it also can alleviates and diverse the function of LVH.
