Objective: Research aminoguanidine affected of composition and releasing of the free radical concentration and hemodynamic in the rabbits cardiopulmonary resuscitation model.Methods: Forty healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into four groups : the control group(A),the standard of cardiopulmonary resuscitation group(B) ,the aminoguanidine group(C)and the aminocguanidine/ epinephrine group(D) (n=10). Using electrical fibrillation of epicardium built the cardiopulmonary resuscitation model. Ventricular fibrillation was electrically induced and untreated for 3mins. After 1min of chest compression, rabbits were randomized to receive a 2ml/kg of saline placebo for A, a 20ug/kg of epinephrine for B, or a 20 mg/kg bolus of aminoguanidine for C , a 20 mg/kg bolus of aminoguanidine and a 20ug/kg of epinephrine for D . Continiously, mean aoric pressure, coronary perfusion Pressure and±dP/dt were measured. To measure arterial nitrogen monoxidum concentration during before ventricular fibrillation,ventricular fibrillation, ROSC15,30,60,120mins.Result: The cardiac function was significantly reduced and progressively declined in all rabbits during the early stage of resuscitation period, especially,used epinephrine group . During chest compression from 2 to 4mints, cardiopulmonary resuscitation about mean aortic pressure ,coronary perfusion pressure and dp/dt in the aminoguanidine/epinephrine group were the better than only control group (p<0.01) or aminoguanidine(p<0.05) while were no difference in epinephrine group (p>0.05).From chest compression 5mins to ROSC 240mins,the blood flows in aminoguanidine group were higher than the aminoguanidine/epinephrine group(p<0.05)and the epinephrine group(p<0.01) while the aminoguanidine/epinephrine group was higher than the epinephrine group(p<0.01). The level of arterial blood NO in four groups were no difference from the basal level to ventricular fibrillation(p=1.0).Form ROSC 15mins to ROSC 120mins,the level of arterial blood NO in the aminoguanidine group was lower than the aminoguanidine/epinephrine group. The epinephrine group was significantly higher than the aminoguanidine group(p=0.000) and the aminoguanidine/epinephrine group(p=0.002).Conclusion: Aminoguanidine decreased composition and releasing of the free radical concentration and improved coronary perfusion pressure , mean aoric pressure , Dp/dt and prevent postresuscitation myocardial dysfunction(p=0.042) .
