The Value Of Targeted CT Scan Together With Three Issue Of Enhancement Scan In The Diagnosis Of Pulmonary Nodules

Objective: To explore the target scanning and three-phase enhancement scanning union application to pulmonary nodules diagnostic value.Methods:1)Fifty-five cases with pulmonary nodules ,were analyzed,including 38 men ,17 women ,the average year old (59.78±10.79) . The pulmonary nodules'diameters were not big than 3.0centimeter. In 55 patients 37 were malignant,12 tuberculomas,and 6 inflammatory nodules .Final diagnosis were confirmed histologically or cytologically by means of surgery or percutaneous needle biopsy.2)On the basis of origin dynamics characteristics, first at all, spiral CT targeted scan, then the basis blood stream dynamics characteristic, carries on three-phase enhancement scannings, according to the targeted scan pulmonary nodules morphology characteristic, biggest CT value of Three-phase enhancement scannings, carries on the qualitative analysis to the pathological change.At the same time, painting the time-attenuation curves of the nodules to be analyzed.Results: 1)In targeted scan ,the malignant pulmonary nodules presented lobulated ,speculated edge, asymmetrical hyperdensity with vacuole sign, air-bronchogram, pleural retraction convergence of peripheral vessel , obvious enhancement and so on. If the nodules were fond two or more than bronchograms, they are malignant. The targeted scan's sensitivity, the specificity, the accurate are 81.1%, 78.2%, 59.3% respectively.2)Whith 20 -60 Hu as the threshold, the sensitivity was 83.8%,the specificity was83.3% , and the accuracy was 67.1% , in the Pulmonary nodules three-phase enhancement scannings.3)The Pulmonary nodules target scanning, three-phase enhancement scannings has the vital role to the pathological change qualitative diagnosis, the two sensitivity, the specificity, the accurate difference does not have the significance significance (P>0.05);4)The target scanning unifies with three-phase enhancement scannings, to the pulmonary nodules qualitative diagnosis sensitivity, the peculiarity and the diagnosis coincidence rate respectively is 97.3%, 83.3% and 80.6%.Conclusions:The target scanning may enhance the diagnosis obviously with three-phase enhancement scannings union application the sensitivity and the accuracy.
