The antiviral drug market has a large share of all antiviral drugs, speciallyPurine which has a druge market and the good prospects,So I conducted thefollowing studies:1. Established voltammetry testing two types of antiviral drugs purine(ganciclovir, famciclovir), The detection limit with previous literature methodhas been reduced, it is a convenient method.2. Try to detect the drugs in the same time, in the past, it is often overlookedwhen the determination of drug interaction simultaneous between theexperimental, the author considered this point, The experimental has greatsignificance.3. The probably electrochemical reaction mechanism is discussed.4. Obtained that famciclovir and bovine serum albumin may formed asupramolecular compounds, the method is expected as the the determination ofprotein.5. Fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet visible spectroscopy to discuss druginteractions with serum albumin. Discussed drugs and serum albumin,quenching mechanism of combination of binding sites,binding constants,and thermodynamic parameters, and distance between the donor and recipient,provides a theoretical basis For pharmacology research. Modern research anddevelopment of new drugs is based on the characteristics of protein and genemolecular level of basic research. All of the above in the analytical chemistry, biochemistry and medicine havespecial significance.
