Effect Of Chinese Milkvetch Root, Danshen Root, Epimedium Herb, Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit On Ovariectomized Rats Model Of Osteoporosis

Objective:through orthogonal design,To study the therapeutic effects of Chinese Milkvetch Root,Danshen Root,Epimedium Herb,Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit on Ovariectomized Rats Model of Osteoporosis.Methods:48 Wistar female rats about 6 months were randomly divided into 2 groups:normal group(shamed operations group),oophorectomized group.The second group would be cut ovaries.After 7 days of operation,the drugs will be initiated separately on each rat in Chinese crude drug group.12 weeks later,bone mineral density was measured after rats were killed,blood serum was collected from abdominal aorta and to be used for various index detections.Results:①BMD:four Chinese crude drugs effects comparison:Epimedium Herb＞Danshen Root＞Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit＞Chinese Milkvetch Root,Epimedium Herb and Danshen Root are main factors which can influence rats BMD.Epimedium Herb and Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit have interactions,Effect of high dosage of Epimedium Herb and high dosage of Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit is obvious.②OPG:four Chinese crude drugs effects comparison:Epimedium Herb＞Chinese Milkvetch Root＞Danshen Root＞Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit,Epimedium Herb,Chinese Milkvetch Root and Danshen Root are main factors which can influence rats OPG.There is no interactions among four Chinese crude drugs.③ALP: four Chinese crude drugs effects comparison:Epimedium Herb＞Chinese Milkvetch Root＞Danshen Root＞Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit,Epimedium Herb,Chinese Milkvetch Root and Danshen Root are main factors which can influence rats ALP.There is no interactions among four Chinese crude drugs.Conclusions:①Effects of Chinese Milkvetch Root,Danshen Root,Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit,Epimedium Herb on Expression of BMD,OPG and ALP in osteoporotic ovariectomized rats are different.Effects of Epimedium Herb is best,Chinese Milkvetch Root and Danshen Root are next,Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit is not significant.②Epimedium Herb and Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit have interactions on Expression of BMD in osteoporotic ovariectomized rats.Effect of high dosage of Epimedium Herb and high dosage of Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit is obvious.
