Objective:To find out local pain states of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.To evaluate the effects of five kinds of nursing on relieving local pain of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.To observe the effects of five kinds of nursing on heart rate, blood pressure, myocardial consumption of oxygen during infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.Methods:150 term AMI patients were divided randomly into five groups:Control group,A group,B group,C group,D group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,A group was treated with 50%alcohol wet compress based on the routine nursing,B group was treated with wet and hot compress based on the routine nursing, C group was treated with local skin massage based on the routine nursing,D group was treated with wet and hot compress and local skin massage based on the routine nursing. We used multi-functional electrocardiogram to monitor the patients during infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.Heart rate, blood pressure were observed and recorded before and after infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate,also the pain scores were recorded after infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.In the five groups, the heart rate, blood pressure and the myocardial consumption of oxygen were compared before and after infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.The pain scores were compared after infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.Results:1.In the control group, part pain states of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate as follows:part light pain was 34%,part midrange pain was 47%,part heavy pain was 16%.2.Each group treated with different nursing, the pain degree scores of A,B,C,D groups were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05)and the pain degree scores of D group were significantly lower than that of A,B,C groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05).The nursing intervention of D group was more effective than that of A,B,C group.3.There were no statistically significant differences in the heart rate in five groups before infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate(P>0.05).The heart rate of A,B,C,D groups were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05)and the heart rate of D group was significantly lower than that of A,B groups(P<0.05)after infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.4.There were no statistically significant differences in the diastolic blood pressure in five groups before infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate(P>0.05).The diastolic blood pressure of B,C,D groups were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05)and diastolic blood pressure of D group was significantly lower than that of A group after infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate(P<0.05).5.There were no statistically significant differences in the systolic blood pressure in five groups before and after infusion of fructose 1,6-dipHosphate(P>0.05).6.There were no statistically significant differences in the myocardial oxygen consumption in five groups before infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosph-ate(P>0.05).The myocardial oxygen consumption of A,B,C,D groups were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05)and the myocardial oxygen consumption of D group was significantly lower than that of A,B groups after infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.A large percentage of local pain of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.2.The nursing intervention of A,B,C,D groups can alleviate the local pain of AMI patients caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate effectively. The nursing intervention of D group is more effective than that of A,B,C groups.3.The nursing intervention of A,B,C,D groups can reduce the increasing of heart rate caused by local pain effectively. The nursing intervention of D group is more effective than that of A,B groups.4.The nursing intervention of B,C,D groups can reduce the increasing of diastolic blood pressure caused by local pain effectively.5.In the five groups, there is no significant change in systolic blood pressure during infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate.6.The nursing intervention of A,B,C,D groups can reduce the increasing of myocardial oxygen consumption caused by local pain effectively. The nursing intervention of D group is more effective than that of A,B groups.
