Study Of Influence Factors Of Subhealth Based On Data Mining

Objective:To study the characteristics of subhealth of clinic index in distribution,and to study the severity of subhealth and relationship of social influence factors,psychological influence factors, social support factors,and coping methods factors.Finally,we hope to provide some new scientific evidence for subhealth prevention and cure.Methods:The subhealth severity was graduated into 3 grades:gentleness,moderate and gravity.The factors which would affect the subhealth were marked off to risk factors and protect factors according to the effectiveness,individual level and social level according to range.We did the study by purposive sampling and obtained 972 effective samples.All the data were puttd into Epidata 3.0,and we carried out the stastic analysis by SPSS 13.0.Results:As the risk factors,the higher of score in work-like factors(F=34.75,P=0.001)family-like factors(F=5.79,P=0.001)and lifestyle-like factors(F=7.12,P=0.001)in social level,the higher in seveity of subhealth;the lower of score in self-affirmation(F=57.94,P=0.001),higher in depression(F=22.64,P=0.001)and antianxiety(F=56.23,P=0.001)in individual level, the higher in severity of the subhealth state.As the protect factors,in the social support,the higher of score in the whole score(F =3.32,P=0.019),the lower in the sevity of subhealth;in the coping methods,the higher in positive coping(F=10.58,P=0.001)and lower in negative(F=9.18,P=0.001),the lower in the sevity of subhealth.Conclusion:The risk factors includes work-like factor,family-like factor and lifestyle-like factor in social level;and includes self deny,anxious,depression and negative attitude in individual level. The protect factor includes social support factor and motive attitude.The health education and health promotion may play an important role in prevention and cure of the subhealth state in social level.The psychological and psychiatric factors may take an important part in individual level.
