Study On Polymorphism Of MICA Exon 5 Microsatellite And Endometriosis

Objective: To investigate the association between polymorphism of Exon 5 microsatellite of MICA gene (major histocompatibility complex class I chain-related gene A) and endometriosis.Methods: The alleles and frequencies of MICA exon 5 were detected by using polymerase chain reaction -sequence specific primers method(PCR-SSP)in testing 50 surgically proven EMs patients and 55 normal controls.Results: Five alleles of exon5 in MICA gene were found in this study,The frequency of earch allele was determined in patients and healthy individuals.
