Research On Dynamic Measurement Method Of Satisfaction Of Public Health Service Based On Bounded Rationality

Satisfaction measurement becomes the base of the establishment of economic strategies oriented to customers for many enterprises during the process of economic globalization and transformation of seller's market to buyer's market. At the same time, governments also begin to evaluate their performance by satisfaction theories in order to improve the core competence. Therefore this paper researched the handling methods of bounded rationality data in questionnaires and dynamic method of satisfaction measurement. Main work and research includes:(1) The research background is described, the basis ideas and research content of the paper are confirmed.(2) The present research state of factors affecting customer satisfaction and measurement model is summarized. On the basis of previous research, this paper proposes the key factors affecting customer satisfaction from the point of view of customer psychology and behavior.(3) The reliability and validity of questionnaire is described, the advantages of network survey method are analyzed, and resolvent to non-response questionnaires is studied, which influences spot check seriously.(4) Bounded rationality's meaning is introduced, the causes of bounded rationality are analyzed, and the bounded rationality of data surveyed, the natural rationality and behavior rationality of the interviewers are all defined. The interviewers'bounded rationality is described by the natural and behavior rationality together. The interviewers'natural rationality is reflected by their natural rationality index, and the behavior rationality is reflected by rationality restrict conditions. Lastly, amendment models of data surveyed are built on the basis of the interviewer's behavior rationality, natural rationality and bounded rationality respectively. Moreover, bounded rationality amendment model based on Logistic regression is presented.(5) The integrative satisfaction measurement model is built, and the attribute weights are estimated by AHP method and PLS- structure squares model respectively. Then satisfaction measurement model based on bounded rationality is built, and dynamic arithmetic is also provided.(6) The satisfaction of public health service is studied on the basis of the disposal method of bounded rationality and satisfaction dynamic measurement.
