Clinical Study On Treatment Of Undissolvecl Lipuefaction Of Sperm Which Is Damp Heat With Blood Stasis Syndrome By Tiaojingcuhuatang

Objective: With the study on curative effects of undissolvecl lipuefaction of sperm which isdamp heat with blood stasis syndrome treated by traditional Chinese medicine"Tiaojingcuhuatang" and with the comparison observation on sperm liquefied duration, spermindexes before and after the treatment, to explore an effective therapy of undissolvecllipuefaction of sperm with traditional Chinese medicineMethods: 60 cases with undissolvecl lipuefaction of sperm were selected as the researchsubjects and were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases were selected as treatment groupand treated by traditional Chinese Medicine "Tiaojingcuhuatang" for two months; 30 cases wereselected as control group and treated by western medicine "Chymotrypsin for Injection" for twomonths. The improvements of clinical symptoms, sperm indexes (sperm liquefied duration ,spermamount, sperm density, sperm survival rate, sperm motility, sperm deformation rate etc), EPSRtwere observed and the results were disposed with statistics.Results: 1. It showed significant differences in the clinical cure rate and total valid ratebetween the treatment group and control group (P＜0.05). After the treatment, the marks ofclinical symptoms of treatment group were lower than the control group (P＜0.01). Theimprovement of clinical symptoms of the treatment group was better than control group (P＜0.01),especially the improvements of the urgent of urine ,soreness and pain of waist and knees, themuddy of urine, pain of perineumpain. 2.The treatment group was better than control group toimprove sperm liquefied duration (P＜0.01). 3. After the treatment, the sperm motility and spermsurvival rate of the treatment group were better than before the treatment (P＜0.01) howeverthere were no significant differences in the sperm amount, sperm density and PH (P＞0.05) 4. After the treatment, the leucocytes of EPSRt in the treatment group were lower than before thetreatment (P＜0.01) however there were no significant differences in the lecithin (P＞0.05).Conclusions: "Tiaojingcuhuatang" could improve sperm liquefied duration, improve theclinical symptoms, ameliorate the sperm indexes and had not obvious side effects. The curativeeffects of "Tiaojingcuhuatang" were better than "Chymotrypsin for Injection"."Tiaojingcuhuatang" was a effective traditional Chinese medicine to cure undissolvecllipuefaction of sperm.
