ObjectiveTO assess the effect of Gabnexate mesilate and Ulinastatin in common dose on human sphincter of Oddi(SO) motility with choledochoscope manomety.MethodsThe choledochoscope manomety was performed on 45 patients who had sufferd bile duct exploration and T tube drainage examined with choledochofiberscope were selected. They were randomly divided into 3 groups: Gabnexate mesilate 2.5mg/min group,UIinastatin2500~u/min group and Ulinastatin 5000~u/min group with 15 cases in each group. Parameters of SO basal pressure (SOBP), the SO contractive pressure (SOCA) ,the common bile duct pressure (CBDP) and the Sphincter of Oddi Manometry (SOM) were mearured before drug administration 10min and 20min after drugs administration.ResultsIn Gabnexate mesilate group, the SOBP decreased 10min and 20min after intravenous administration of Gabnexate mesilate compared with the data before drugs administration (P<0.05) .But the charges of SOCA,SOF and CBDP were not statistical significant. In Ulinastatin2500~u/min group, the SOBP,SOCA decreased 20min after drugs administration compared with the data and 10min after drugs administration (p<0.05) . The SOF decrease 20min after drugs administration, compared with the data before without drugs administration.(p<0.05).The charges of CBDP were not statistical significant. In Ulinastatin5000~u/min group, the SOBP,SOF and SOCA decreased, 20min after drugs administration, compared with the data before and 10min after drugs administration (p<0.05). The charges of CBDP were not statistical significant.Conclusion1.Gabnexate mesilate can decrease the level of SOBP, but have no effect on SOCA\SOF,CBDP.2. Ulinastatin can decrease the level of SOBP,SOCA,SOF, but have no effect on CBDP.
