Study On The Consenescence-resistence And Hypoglycemic Effect Of Dendrobium Huoshenense Capsule On DM Rats

Dendrobium huoshenense is one kind of Chinese traditional medicine in orchidaceo(?)s with high quality and unaccquirablility.It can diminish inflammation,clear the sight and improve the immunity of human body because of its affluent amylose and alkaloid.But in the Chinese traditional medical market,the medicament using dendrobium huoshenense as the primary material is rarly founded.In this experiment,we mensurate the contents of bacteria,coliform and mildew which are the capsule sanitation index,mensurate the contents of polysaccharides and alkaloid,study the function in oxidation and consenescence -resistence in normal mice,and the effect on the blood glucose and blood lipid in model rats with Typeâ…¡diabetes mellitus which were induced by injecting STZ after feeding a diet with high fat and high calorie for about two months.The main results were as followes:1.The "Dendrobium huoshenense capsule" that we made is according with the National Leechdom Administer Standard on the content of bacteria,coliform and mildew.It is rich in amylase and alkaloid,and more valuable than raw material.2.The "Dendrobium huoshenense capsule" can restrain the MDA creation which induced by warm ectogenesis or Vc-Fe²⁺as well as the tumefaction of mitochondria induced by Vc-Fe²⁺system and·OH,the effection grows by dosage.3.The "Dendrobium huoshenense capsule" can significantly increase the quality of liver, spleen and pancreas in mice,and improve the activity of SOD and CAT in both of blood and liver,decrease the content of MDA,but it didn't effect the activity of GSH-PX in liver apperantly.4.Sucessfully made the model rats of diabetes mellitus by respectively celiac injecting the STZ and the alloxan after feeding a diet with high fat and high calorie respectively. According to the comparation of the two methods,the state-of-illness of the DM rats induced by STZ lasted steadily and apparently,but the situation in DM rat induced by alloxan didn't last long and could self cure slowly.So the former DM rats was more propitious to the research in typeâ…¡diabetes mellitum.5.Feeding the DM rats by deliquescent "Dendrobium huoshenense capsule",the results shows that,the capsule can reduce the rats's food and water availability by improving the insulin level and the function of immunity system;accelerate the absorbtion of glucose,restrain the consumption of fat,meliorate the state of illness.It also can increase the number of Type B pancreas cell,accelerate the repairment of Type B pancreas cell and kidney cell,and consequently regulate the blood glucose level and reduce the blood lipid level.
