Objectives: Rabbits were used as the animal models in this research. Fresh ovarian tissues were auto/allogenic transplanted, and autotransplanted after cryopreserved, then hormone secretion and follicle development were studied. The technical support and data reference could provide basis for humanity clinical applies.Methods: 35 female rabbits were divided into 7 groups randomly: Groupâ… was the control group; Groupâ…¡was the ovariectomy group; In groupâ…¢, the fresh ovarian tissues were autotransplanted under the neck skin; In groupâ…£, after autotransplantation of fresh ovarian tissues as groupâ…¢, supplemented the ectogenic gonadotrophic hormone; Groupâ…¤was fresh ovarian tissues autotransplanted under the abdominal wall; Groupâ…¥was autotransplanted after vitrifaction freezing the ovarian tissues. Groupâ…¦was fresh ovarian tissues allogenic transplanted under the neck skin. Blood samples were collected in each week before and after surgery to mensurate the plasma estradiol and progesterone concentration. 7 weeks after the surgery, ovarian tissues and uterus were took out for histology research, and the wet weight of uterus were weighted.Results and conclusions:1. All the sex hormone concentration of ovarian tissues transplantation group were higher than the ovariectomy group (P<0.05).The wet weight of uterus were also significantly higher than the ovariectomy group (P<0.05).We had proven that the feasibility of auto or allogenic transplantation of fresh ovarian tissues and autotransplantation of cryopreserved ovarian tissues. The ovarian tissues may survive and grow heterotopically. 2. Different places influenced the effect of ovarian tissues transplantation. The sex hormone concentration and wet weight of uterus in groupâ…¢were higher than groupâ…¤, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Between groupâ…¢and control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Between groupâ…¤and control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05).3. After the ovarian tissues transplantation, supplemented ectogenic gonadotrophic hormone for the female rabbits was good for ovarian grow. The sex hormone concentration and wet weight of uterus in this group have the most smallest difference with the control group, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05), and this group also has no significant difference with groupâ…¢(P>0.05).4. Used the vitrification freezing method to conservation the ovarian tissues of female rabbits and then were autotransplanted for the first time. The ovarian tissues restored the endocrine function. The freezing group's sex hormone concentrantion was significantly lower than the fresh autotransplantation group and the control group (P<0.05), but was significantly higher than the ovariectomy group (P<0.05). The wet weight of uterus was same (P<0.05).5. In the situation of unused the immunity inhibitor, the ovarian tissues may survive after allogenic transplantation. The sex hormone concentration and the wet weight of uterus were significantly lower than the control group and other experimental groups (P<0.05), but was significantly higher than the ovariectomy group (P<0.05).
