Odynolysis Cataplasm's Reseach

Articles do systematical reseach on Odynolysis Cataplasm of raditional Chinese medicine Compound Preparation which can treat with rheumatoid arthritis。Reseach content include: first, .Research on extracting technology second,.Study on the Preparation Techniques of Odynolysis Cataplasm. Third,Studies on quality criteria for Odynolysis Cataplasm fourth,pharmacodynamical and toxicological study on Odynolysis Cataplasm. In extracting technical reseach, I do orthogonal experiments which can optimize extracting condition of Total Alkaloids from Datura Flower; I use alcohol to extract from Strychonos nux-vomica L.,Common Monkshood Mother Root and Girald Daphne Bark but I use water decoction to extract from Boswellia Carterii Birdw and Commiphora Myrrha. Engl. I also do some forming technical reseach of cataplasm while I check out adhesive power and endowing model to optimize preparating technology of odynolysis cataplasm . And the results indicate that cataplasm which be according to article's method can be consistent with relative regulation. I also establish TCL of Strychonos nux-vomica L.,Common Monkshood Mother Root and Girald Daphne Bark and assaying method of Strychnine in Odynolysis cataplasm. At last ,I do some pharmacodynamics experiment and cutaneous stimulation experiment. And the results prove that it have good curative effect and haven't conspicuous irritant action over skin.
