Study The Effects Of Sea Buckthron Oil With Aplastic Anaemia Marrow Hematopoiesis Of Kidney Yin And Yang Deficiency Syndrome

ObjectiveStudy the effects of sea buckthron oil with apiastic anaemia marrow hematopoiesis of kidney yin and and yang eficiency syndrome, finding out the diffent influentsabout the kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome, New treat was provided for preventiving and theraping aplastic anaemia, relieving patients' economic burdens.MethodsA total of 20 patients were randomly divided into two groups: yang deficiency syndrome grounp(10 cases) and ying deficiency syndrome grounp(10 casee), normal control group (10 cases).All of the patients' s clinical symptoms conform to the hematologic diseases hematopathy diacrisis and criterion of therapeutical effect. Experiment lasted for 3d and 7d, the following were observed: colony of CFU—E and CFU—GM efficiency.Results1. Colony of CFU—GM,CFU—E of aplastic anaemia was lower than that in normal control group(P＜0.05).2. No significant difference was found among sea buckthron oil chroma of 0%,5% and 10%. Sea buckthron oil chroma of 20%,40% was better than chroma of 0%,5% and 10%( P＜0.05).3. When sea buckthron oil chroma was 20%,40%, Yang deficiency syndrome grounp was better than ying deficiency syndrome grounp in CFU—GM,CFU—E.Conlusion1. Sea buckthron oil chroma of 20%,40%can promotes colony evidencely , colony decreasing as sea buckthron oil chroma concentration increasing . 2. Yang deficiency syndrome grounp was better than ying deficiency syndrome grounp when the chroma was 20%,40%.
