Objective:To explore clinicalc urative effect and investigate mechanism, of bushenqingdu method in treating of Chronic Hepatitis B(CHB)Methods:90 cases were randomly divided into the TCM group(30 cases). The TCM and Lamivudine group(30 cases) and the Lamivudine group(30 cases) The TCM group were received The TCM of bushenqingdu Pass ora, one times a day;The TCM and Lamivudine group were received The TCM of bushenqingdu Pass ora, one times a day, and The Lamivudine tablet pass ora, one times a day, one tablets each time. The Lamivudine group ere received Lamivudine tablet pass ora, one times a day, one tablets each time. The treatment course of three groups is three months. We observed the changes about improving clinical symptoms and signs, restoring liver function, resisting hepatitis B virus, regulating immunological function and made a comparison to evaluates treatment efects. Results:The TCM of shenqingjiangzhu can obviously improve symptoms and signs, restore the liver function, control the virus replication, and have a positive rule in regulating the body's immunological function. The The TCM and hamivudine group's outstanding effective rate of clinical treatment is 6.67%, efective rate is 70%, inefective rate is 23.33%, the total effective rate amounts to 76.67%, significantly higher than that of the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM of shenqingjiangzhu have a goodtreatmente ffectf or CHB, its treatment mechanism probably relate to regulate the body's immunological function. The results also further demonstrate the theory guidance meaning and the basic effect mechanism of bushenqingdu method for CHB, deepen the systemicunderstanding of TCM for CHB, havea certaina cademic value and practical value in abundance of TCM theory and guidance of clinic.
