Clinical Study On The Effect Of The Therapy Of MTX And Mifepristone Combining With "the Method Of Fu-Zheng-Qu-Yu" For Treating Ectopicpregnancy

Objective To research the clinical effect of the therapy of integration methotrexate(MTX), mifepristone(RU486) and"the method of Fu-zheng-qu-yu"for treating ectopicpregnancy(EP).Methods 66 cases of EP were divided into two groups at random. The treated group with 33 cases was employed MTX,RU486and"the method of Fu-zheng-qu-yu".The control group with 33 cases was treated by employed MTX and RU486. In the study, to observethe changes of clinical symptoms and signs, the level of serumβ-HCG and the size of adnexal mass by abdominal ultrasound between the two groups. To compare the average decreasing rate ofβ-HCG after employed seven days, the time of decreasing normal level of serumβ-HCG, the disappearance of the adnexal masses and the rectouterine pouch fluidify, the restoration of normalmenstruation and the proportion of tubal patency between the groups.Result①The average decreasing rate ofβ-HCG after employed seven days in the treated were 49.65%±14.29%, those of the control which were 35.07%±13.94%.The average time of serumβ-HCG restoring to normal level which was(19.06±5.44)days,the disappearance time of the adnexal masses which was(25.31±5.51)days, the absorbed time of the rectouterine pouch fluidify which was(10.16±2.41), the average time of restoring menstruation which was(31.45±5.72) days, in the treated were obviously shorter than those of the control which were respectively(25.50±4.75) days,(38.96±7.99) days,(21.06±4.37) days and(40.63±5.45) days.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).②the result of tubal patency test: the treated group with 23 cases were smoothed 19 cases,unobstructed 2 cases and obstructed 2cases.the control group with 21 cases were respectively 5cases, 9 cases and 7 cases.Conclusion①The cure effect of the therapy of combining MTX,RU486 and"the method Fu-zheng-qu-yu" was superior to that of employing MTX and RU486. In addition, the sideeffects of the therapy were low.②through the therapy of combining MTX,RU486 and"the method Fu-zheng-qu-yu"could utmostly reserved the potentia generandi of the patient.③the therapy of combining MTX,RU486 and"the method Fu-zheng-qu-yu" sufficiently bring conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine into full play, It could decrease the incidence rate of recurrent ectopic pregnancy and persistent ectopicpregnancy,It could lessened the buren mind of the patient and raised the quality.
