The Clinical Research Of Glaucomatous Optic Atrophy With Combine Traditional And Western Medicine Treatment Norm

Purpose: To investigate curative effect of the synthesizing therapy for glaucomatous optic atrophy .Methods: The 76 ( 120 eyes) cases of glaucomatous optic atrophy patients were divided into two groups with the sequence of diagnose at random, which is group I gave TQMM decoction ', acupuncture treatment , SQ preparation, neurotrophin, and group II single gave neurotrophin. Compare in two kinds of treatment methods in many aspects, such as eyesight, field of vision, basic eyesight, VEP, etc.And analysis the influence of medical history to curative effect.Result:(1) Though both group I and group II's curative effects were well, group I significantly superior to group I (P<0.05) .(2) In study about field of vision , two groups the patients' average photosensitive increased (P<0.05), group I's curative effect superiors to group II's.(3) In study of P-VEP, the P100 wave delitescence shorten (P<0.05), N135 wave amplitude rised of group I.Conclusions: Adopt TQMM decoction, acupuncture treatment, SQ preparation, neurotrophin cure glaucomatous optic atrophy is very effectual. Its can interfere in proceeding of optic atrophy and protect optic nerve.
